WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information. Your enquiry.

How Radar One Media Ltd uses information submitted through this website, the choices you have and how to contact us.

Who is responsible

Radar One Media Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website’s enquiry forms. Contact us at digital@radarone.media, call +44 (0) 1273 806 484, or write to 12 Albion Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN2 9NE, United Kingdom.

Information you provide

Our contact form and campaign builder collect your name, work email, company, chosen office and the message or campaign requirements you enter. A saved enquiry also includes a reference, submission time, source page and acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not include prospect lists, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.

Form protection uses short-lived counters derived from your email address and network address to limit repeated submissions. These counters expire after one hour. The email-derived identifier used to recognise repeat submissions is retained with the enquiry record.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss campaign requirements, keep a record of that discussion and protect the website against unwanted submissions. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a reliable website. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we use the information needed for those steps.

Providing your details is voluntary. We need the required contact and message fields to process a form submission; you can also contact us by telephone or email. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The website does not make automated decisions about you or use your enquiry to build an advertising profile.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored as private records in this website’s WordPress database. Access to those records is restricted to website administrators. Hosting and email service providers process the information needed to operate those services. An email copy is sent only when notifications are enabled or you choose to send it from your email app.

If your enquiry is handled by One Radar Inc, our US entity in New York, the details you provide may be accessed in the United States. Email processing also depends on the providers used for the conversation. Contact us before sending information if you need a particular handling location or details about the transfer arrangements applicable to your request.

How long website enquiries are kept

Saved website enquiries are scheduled for removal from the active enquiry inbox 12 months after their last update. They then remain in the website’s recovery bin for up to 30 days before deletion. This period supports follow-up to business enquiries without keeping inactive website records indefinitely.

Email correspondence and records needed for an ongoing customer relationship, accounting or a legal matter are separate from the website enquiry record. Historic backups may also contain earlier copies until those backups are replaced. Contact us if you want a deletion request to cover correspondence or other records as well as the website submission.

Planning tools and cookies

Budget inputs and readiness answers stay in the current page unless you choose to download them or include them in a campaign brief. Downloaded files are stored on your device. Analytics and advertising integrations are not enabled on this website. Read our cookie information for details of browser storage and preference controls.

Your rights and questions

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability and other rights apply where the relevant conditions are met. To make a request, email digital@radarone.media and include your enquiry reference where available. We may need information to verify a request; do not send identity documents in your first message.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or with your local data-protection authority where applicable.

Links and campaign services

Google Maps and LinkedIn links take you to separate services with their own privacy information. This notice covers the website and its enquiries. Processing prospect data for a commissioned campaign requires the applicable campaign notices and agreements.
