TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Know what happens to your information.

How this website handles an enquiry, what the planning tools calculate, and where to raise questions about campaign data.

WEBSITE ENQUIRIES

From submission to a saved record.

01

You choose what to send

The contact form and campaign builder collect your contact details and the campaign information you enter. Neither form accepts uploaded prospect lists. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

02

Your submission gets a reference

A successful submission creates a private enquiry record and returns a reference. The saved records are available to website administrators and are not published on the site. Keep the reference when contacting the team.

03

The confirmation explains the next step

Campaign briefs receive a confirmation and reference once saved, ready for our team to review. The contact form also explains whether an email notification was sent and provides an email option when needed.

Planning figures are assumptions.

The budget planner calculates from the figures you enter. The readiness check summarises your answers. Neither tool checks live audience availability or issues a quote. The example records on the lead-quality page explain fields and qualification; they contain no real prospect data.

CAMPAIGN DATA

Review the terms for your campaign.

A website enquiry does not authorise a campaign to begin. Before sharing prospect data or commissioning delivery, discuss the organisations involved, collection wording, permitted follow-up, delivery fields and data-processing terms with the team.

Use the initial enquiry to describe your requirements. Do not include prospect lists, sensitive personal data or confidential client material.
